We offer free shipping in India.
International shipping charges according to country courier charges.

We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. Orders within India are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days. International orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days. Due to the current circumstances, all orders may take up to 15 days to dispatch. We request your patience and understanding.
Please note : Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days post shipping in India, and international orders could take up to 20 days, depending on your location. For international orders, customs could be applied based on the laws in your country. We are not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred. Within a day after the product has been shipped, you will receive a mail with the tracking number.

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please call our customer care at +91-7610849909 between Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM or email us at Sutaincraft@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.

Once the product has left our warehouse, Sustain Craft will not be held responsible in cases of delayed deliveries caused due to any unforeseen circumstances faced by our courier partners. In case of such delays, you can get in touch with us and we will do what is in our power to get your product to you at the earliest.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sustain Craft, we work to create products that are not only attractive to look at, but also functional and of the highest quality possible.
We hope not to ever disappoint you, but if for some reason you are not happy with the item you purchased, reach out to us on sustaincraft@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will offer a full refund or exchange. Note: This is NOT applicable for custom products. You will need to ship the product back to us at your expense, and refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receipt. Please note we do not provide reverse pickup services.
We provide exchanges if the item you received was defective, defective or not what you ordered. Please verify the product as soon as you receive it and email us at sustaincraft@gmail.com or call +91-7610849909 between Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm should there be any issues.

The beauty in our products lies in the fact that they contain 100% natural cork, from the Mediterranean. The material is porous and has natural variations, increasing its attractiveness. There can be slight color changes from what you see on the screen. The 'natural' colored products should be treated as the way you would treat any white or light colored cloth or leather. It tends to become dirtier than other dark colors, but you can use a soft detergent to clean it.
